The Soar Program has been a life changer for me. I was the one who took a train over 28 hours to get to a destination while the rest of the family flew and was there in a couple of hours. The thought of being closed in a plane and having no control was too much for me. Finding Soar on line years ago showed me by changing my thinking and accepting the situation, surrender control if you will as well as having the tools that Soar teaches to relax was a big help. Don't get me wrong I still get anxious, I can be unbearable the days leading up to the trip, but once we are up in the air the weight of world seems to float away, I do my relaxation exercises and the feeling once we land and knowing I did this on my own ( with Soars help of course ) is awesome. I highly recommend the program to anyone.
I put the DVD in every once in awhile while I am on the stair stepper and it always has something that I may have missed or I think of in a different way.
